We helped two ladies who were taking tickets at a concert. A mob developed outside for the sold out concert. The mob wanted into the concert. The mob charged the gates and trampled and seriously injured our clients. We were able to show that the concert promoter and concert venue owner failed to protect our clients. We were able to show that the concert promoter and venue owner knew of the danger of the mob but failed to disband the mob and prevent the mob from charging the gates when they had plenty of time to disband the mob.
